Friendship Therapy
Having the difficult conversation in a safe space
I believe that our platonic relationships deserve the same care and attention as our romantic ones. If you and a friend are experiencing conflict, growing apart, or want to strengthen your connection, friendship therapy can be a space to slow down and have meaningful conversations that might be hard to have on your own. In our space together, I will support you both in sharing your experiences honestly while being a listener in each other's perspective. The goal of our session is to have more understanding, meaning, and intention in how you relate to one another. Most often, this looks like short-term therapy where both individuals come in with a specific concern and pause therapy once this has been resolved or the friendship feels strengthened.
